This page explains what data we collect through viby.ro and how we use it. Controller: UATEVER INC SRL (Viby), Timișoara, Romania — hello@viby.ro.
What we collect
Via our forms: name, business link or details, email or phone/WhatsApp, your optional message, and chosen language. For audit requests, we also keep what you want to improve, whether you have a link to review, and your preferred reply channel. Technically, we keep your IP address and user agent, plus your consent.
Why we use it
To respond to your audit request and contact you. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Visit statistics
We count visits to viby.ro with Umami, on our own server. We use no cookies and store nothing in your browser. We see the page visited, where you came from, country and city, device type and browser, which links and buttons you click, whether a form was sent (not what you wrote in it) and how fast the page loaded. We do not keep your IP address: we use it only to tell visitors apart within the same day. This data goes to no one else.
Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Turso (database) and Resend (notification email). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work. We delete it on request.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@viby.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
