What we collect
Via the contact form: name, company/site, phone or WhatsApp, your optional message, and the chosen language. Technically, we keep your IP address and user agent, plus your consent.
Why we use it
To respond to your audit request and contact you. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Turso (database) and Resend (notification email). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work. We delete it on request.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@viby.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
